Case files with the full procedural history, client data, appointments, deadlines and documents in one place, so that everyone from first contact through to billing works from the same position. The system calculates deadlines and follow-ups from the triggering event and monitors them automatically, with critical deadlines at the top. The German lawyers' secure electronic mailbox (beA) is integrated, so incoming messages land directly on the right file. You dictate submissions while out and about, and the AI turns the dictation into text and files it against the case. For every file the case assistant summarises the facts, and the case law search suggests relevant precedents. There is also digital signing with acknowledgement of receipt, a calendar covering rooms and absences, a client portal, billing under the German lawyers' fee schedule (RVG) with outstanding items, and a firm-wide overview of workload and cases by area of law.
