DocFlow is our own product. An AI platform that recognises personal documents, sorts them and files them in the user's own cloud, entirely automatically. We built it ourselves from the first idea to the finished application, as an installable web app and as a native app for iPhone and Android. A digitalisation system that fits into any business.
Invoices, contracts, payslips, letters from the authorities. Anyone who wants to file their documents properly sorts, names and moves them by hand. That costs time every month, and at the moment it matters you still cannot find the letter you are looking for.
Documents should file themselves. The user uploads a file or connects their cloud, and the system takes care of the rest: recognising, naming and filing in order, without a single manual step. After that you can ask questions about your own documents in the AI chat, and over time it grows into a knowledge store for your life or your business.

As soon as a document arrives, Google Gemini analyses the whole of it. DocFlow recognises more than 15 main categories and over 80 document types, pulls out senders, amounts, invoice line items and contract deadlines, and turns any dates it finds into calendar entries with reminders. Where the AI is unsure, it flags the document for review. And it learns: if the user corrects a classification, that feeds into every future decision.
Every document is turned into searchable vectors by Google Gemini. That means the search finds content even when the exact words do not appear in the document at all. The question „how much was my last pay rise“ leads straight to the right payslip. A chat assistant answers questions about your own paperwork and cites the relevant documents with every answer.
Upload, classification, tagging and filing run as one pipeline in the background. DocFlow synchronises in both directions with Google Drive and Dropbox: changes in the cloud appear in the app in real time, and changes in the app end up in the cloud automatically. Duplicates are reliably detected, empty folders are cleared out overnight, and dates appear in your usual calendar via iCal.
Data protection was not an extra bolted on afterwards, it was the foundation. The files therefore never sit on our servers. They stay exclusively in the user's own cloud, in their Google Drive or their Dropbox. DocFlow stores only the metadata needed for order and search. In concrete terms:
DocFlow brings together exactly what ibx stands for: AI that understands, automation that takes work off people, clean integration with existing systems and data protection that is meant seriously. From the web app to the native app, all built from one source.
