Wieland Gebäudereinigung GmbH is a family business from Burgdorf near Hanover. ibx company designed and programmed its new website, wieland-service.de. It is maintained in Wieland OS, the company’s own software. Enquiries become cases there, applications run through applicant management up to the personnel file, and visitor statistics work without cookies.

Wieland Gebäudereinigung GmbH is a second generation family business from Burgdorf. It cleans and looks after buildings for companies, public institutions and commercial properties in the Hanover region.
The old website ran on WordPress, separate from everything else. Enquiries arrived as emails, so did applications, and every change to the site was a separate task in a separate tool.
Alongside it, we built Wieland OS for the business, its own software for the office and the cleaning staff. The new website is part of it: the office maintains it where it already manages customers, quotes and staff, and everything that comes in through the website lands in the same place.

The office edits texts, images, job ads and redirects in the company’s own software. Saved means online.

On request, AI drafts texts for articles and pages, and the office reviews and publishes them.

German, English and Bosnian, so customers and applicants can read the website in their own language.
Two newsletters
One newsletter for customers, one for jobs, also promoted via pop-up. Every sign-up is confirmed by email, and the addresses from the old website were carried over.
Statistics without cookies
Visits, pages, sources and devices, evaluated on the company’s own server and shown in Wieland OS.
For search and AI
Sitemap, structured data for the business, job ads and articles, and a file that explains the business to AI assistants.
Accessible and privacy friendly
Font size, contrast and motion are adjustable, light or dark, spam protection without Google.
Secure, without WordPress
Custom code instead of a page builder and plugins. Content is maintained only in Wieland OS, the website itself has no editor login, and forms are signed.
01Maintain
News from the business,

Under Aktuelles (news), Wieland Gebäudereinigung GmbH writes about cleaning, hygiene and maintaining value, and about what is happening in the company. The articles are created in Wieland OS, the software the business also uses for customers, quotes, jobs and staff: title, text, category and an image from the shared media library.
Saving means publishing. The three latest articles appear on the home page straight away, all others sorted by topic under Aktuelles. The office maintains every other area of the website the same way, from services and job ads to the legal texts.

In Wieland OS the office sees how the website is used: visits and page views from today up to twelve months, the most visited pages, where visitors come from and which device they use, plus maps of Germany and the world.
The figures are produced on the company’s own server from the log of page requests. There are no cookies and no Google Analytics, and the data never leaves the business.

03Apply
An application becomes
a personnel file.
The office maintains job ads in Wieland OS, and the website shows them under Jobs. Applicants apply right there, can attach documents, and the application arrives in the system immediately. The applicant receives a short confirmation.
In the system, every application moves through the steps New, Under review, Interview and Offer or Rejection. With an offer, one click creates the personnel file, with all details and documents from the application. That is how the staff database grows straight out of the website.
